Quiana Parks

Visual artist, music aficionado, philanthropist and cancer survivor; these are the elements of which Quiana Parks is comprised. Quiana captivates audiences with her passion and talent for mixing, and scratching disco, pop, house, with an infusion of hip hop and r&b.

Parks’ well sought-after DJing skills garnered her some of NYC’s most prominent brands as clients including: Tiffany & Co., Volkswagen, Neiman Marcus, Steve Madden, Sandro Paris, Verizon, Dom Perignon, Nike, Nylon Magazine, Essence Magazine, Tao Downtown, and more.

In 2014 Quiana was named one of the Top 5 DJs You Should Know in New York by Nylon Guys. Quiana’s influential visual and music style intertwined with an independent “punkish no-holds barred” attitude has raised eyebrows, pulses and hands all from all over the world. Aside from DJing, Quiana has a burning love and passion for art.

Born and raised in Paterson, New Jersey Quiana’s artistic expression draws upon her life experiences, past and present. Her earliest work was created on the heels of her Cancer remission. Affectionately titled “Sisters” this piece touches upon the unwavering support Quiana received during one of her life’s most vulnerable moments. Her style has since evolved into what she describes as “high-end doodles using canvas and oils” or “undone”.

As a proud survivor of Lymphoma, Parks created DJ For A Cure ® to raise awareness to the seriousness of cancer. Quiana works with charities like The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Delete Blood Cancer to highlight the world of popular DJ culture infused with the element of art.
