DJ Heavy currently holds residencies and has played at venues including TAO Chicago, Bounce Chicago, and Underground.
Mix show DJs such as Cosmic Kev, Doc B, Jazzy Jeff, and DJ AM ignited the spark Heavy needed to craft his own style and sound. In 2009, DJ Heavyʼs talents led him to join Clear Channelʼs WSNX 104.5 Mixinʼ Mafia team. Heavy brings his own deeply-felt brand of fun and energy to genres from rap to house, soul and funk.
